Cold showers at 7 a.m. and a workout before work? Thanks, I'll pass.
More and more often we see advice about “perfect mornings”: get up at dawn, run, take a cold shower, and tackle the most difficult tasks right away. It sounds powerful.
But let's be honest - in reality, for many of us, a typical morning looks different:
Waking up 10 minutes before the call, sending a “Good morning” in a chat and hoping that you won't have to turn on the camera today.
And that's okay.
Personally, I'm not against sports or self-discipline - I train regularly and work on myself.
But every time I tried to forcefully implement someone else's model of an ideal morning, it ended not in productivity but in exhaustion.
It's important to find your own morning magic.
The one that works for you, supports you, and doesn't suck the last of your energy.
Sometimes the real great start to the day is to wake up at a comfortable rhythm, give your body and mind time to get into working order, and only then accelerate.
After all, a healthy body and a clear head are more valuable than perfectly filled checklists.
How do you recharge yourself for the day when you don't want to get out of bed?
