Petro Dudchenko

About me.

Right now I design AI products and build design systems for teams that care about craft and scale.

What I do

Design systems

Design systems that run all the way from tokens to code. One source of truth across Figma, web, and native, kept in sync.

AI-first product design

AI built into both the product and the way I work. From AI-first interfaces to agents that scaffold new parts on spec and keep the system in check.

Product & UX design

Complex B2B and enterprise products. I take dense, busy screens and make them calm and easy to read.

Design leadership

Building and growing design teams. I set up the structure and a fair leveling system, then keep the quality bar high as the team grows.

Design partner

I work with founders and teams for the long run. That means shaping the product vision and building the design system, with design-to-code running on AI rails.

Design, discipline, and the long game.

I grew up in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, and I'm now based in Spain.

I got into design at university, where I spent more time in Photoshop than in lectures. It started with helping classmates on small tasks, and it grew into a decade of doing this work.

These days I focus on AI interfaces and design systems that scale. Complex tech needs simple, solid foundations. Outside the screen, I’ve spent years teaching new designers at schools like Hillel and Projector.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time on triathlon. It started by chance: a good friend got me into running, I stuck with it, and over the years it grew into triathlon.

I also love good music and collect vinyl, usually with my cat Zhora next to me. A 100km ride and a multi-platform token system ask the same thing of me. Show up, do the boring reps, play the long game. In the end, discipline is what scales.
